"Robalo Chileno "Ajo y Romero" servido con vegetales Agridulce
Ingredientes:
Procedimiento: Cocinar el filete de Robalo Chileno en un saute caliente con aceite, ajo y romero. A lado cocinar todo los vegetales en aceite, despues poner dos cuchara de vinagre y caldo de pescado.
Chuleta de Ternera en salsa de hongos porcini, servida con papas al horno
Ingredientes:
Procedimiento: Cocinar la chuleta en un saute caliente. Poner la "demi-glass" y 3 cuchara de caldo de carne y cocinar a fuego bajo. A lado cocinar los hongos porcini con aceite y ajo, cuando est an listo juntar con la chuleta, y servir con la papas al horno.
