Luxury Experience had a great time in the kitchen creating special culinary recipes for you to enjoy using The Trentasette Collection Organic EVOO. This tasty EVOO is a delightful and tasty companion to culinary recipes and can be used as a dipping oil for bread, used in a vinaigrette, marinade, sauteing, or drizzled as a finishing oil.

This summer we made weekly trips to our local farmers market to buy tomatoes, which we paired with homemade bread, cheese, and olives, accompanied by The Trentasette Collection Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), which we poured into a dish, added Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper so we could dip the bread. Served with an Italian red wine, it made for a lovely al fresco lunch on our deck.

Luxury Experience – Layered Shrimp Salad with LDV Vinaigrette is layers of lusciousness enhanced with a very flavorful LDV vinaigrette. This is an easy and elegant recipe for anytime entertaining. Keeping with our theme of freshness and excellence to complement the Litchfield Distillery Vodka we used corn from the farmers’ market and The Trentasette Collection Organic EVOO.

Luxury Experience – Layered Shrimp Salad with LDV Vinaigrette

Shrimp Salad Ingredients:

Avocado, ripe, small diced

Corn on the Cob, cooked, kernels removed

Baby Spinach

Cilantro, garnish

LDV Vinaigrette Ingredients:

Litchfield Distillery Vodka

Homemade Sage Shrub

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Method for the LDV Vinaigrette: Add all ingredients to a bottle and shake until combined.

Presentation for the layered shrimp salad: Reserve 4 shrimp to garnish each of the bowls. Chop the remaining shrimp. Place baby spinach in the bottom of 4 bowls. Add a layer of tomatoes, avocado, corn, and lastly the shrimp. Generously drizzle vinaigrette over each of the salads. Garnish each salad with a whole shrimp.

Sierra Norte Single Barrel Mexican Whiskey Black

Salt, Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Mushrooms

Method: Brush the extra-virgin olive oil on both sides of the steak. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a zip plastic bag, add Sierra Norte Single Barrel Mexican Whiskey Black. Massage into the steak. Let rest for at least 30 minutes. When ready to grill, remove the steak from the marinade. Heat grill d grill steak. Heat a sauté pan, add the mushrooms and marinade and sauté until tender. Serve over the grilled steak.
