There is so much to experience beginning with Perfect Pairings with Kevin Zraly & Peter Kelly, and Zwilling Knife Skills Class. Party on the Pier at Playland will have a Bartender Shake-off with area bartenders going head-to-head competing: Derrick Chang of The Pelican Room, Alexi luni of Invite Restaurant, Yocely Ochoa of 1881 Kitchen Table, and Mariana Rodrigues of Goosefeather. Also fabulous: Burgers, Beer & Barrels, and the Wine Collectors’ Dinner. Grand Tasting Village will feature chef demos by top chefs Anthony Conçalves of Kanopi, Brian Lewis of OKO, Michael Psilakis of MP Taverna, Marc Taxiera & Brianne Myers of Augustine’s Salumeria, and Duane Shand of OXO.
