In pre-COVID years, Fashionistas would flock to New York in February and September for the opportunity to see the latest designer runway collections. With pandemic restrictions in force this year, designers had the challenge of creating a show that met safety restrictions. Negris LeBrum Creative Director Travis Hamilton opted to stage his runway show in his hometown of Houston, Texas, where the models paraded his "Hometown" collection al fresco at Gus S. & Lindall F. Wortham Park, where the architectural elements complemented his stunningly beautiful structural designs.
Negris LeBrum Creative Director Travis Hamilton comments on his Fall Winter 2021 collection, "I wanted to bring a piece of NY Fashion Week to the South this season, as I may not get the opportunity to show outside of NYC again for some time. I really feel these times are right for my brand in so many ways. I have always worked in what I refer to as a ‘conservative sexy’ aesthetic, allowing the woman who wears my collection to define the final feeling of the ensemble. The heart & soul of the Negris LeBrum brand is & will always be Louisiana, but my studio & current home are in Houston, so bringing the two together for Fall Winter 2021 is like a fashionable homecoming for me."
On Monday, February 15, 2021, fashion industry insiders, buyers, special guests, and media were invited to virtually experience the collection. Luxury Experience was "in attendance" and is pleased to bring the Negris LeBrum Fall Winter 2021 "Homecoming" collection to you.
Building upon a color palette of black and white, the collection includes Deep Maroon, Old Gold, and Burnished Silver shown in dresses, skirts, pants, jumpsuits, cuffed walking shorts, blouses, jackets, and coats. A Deep Maroon tweed below the knee pencil skirt has added interest in the form of front buttons allowing for a split look as you walk. He uses the same fabric in dresses, walking shorts with generous cuffs paired with a long sleeve buttoned jacket, and also shown with matching pants.
Travis uses tweeds, knits, and patterned graphics in the collection, and brings on the glamour with black sequined looks, animal print coats, and shimmering Burnished Silver looks. Pants are shown with cigarette legs, as well as wide, swinging legs.
A few of the highlights of the Negris LeBrum Fall Winter 2021 Collection
Shimmering black sequins make a statement in a wide lapel, knee grazing, long sleeve coat dress with nipped waist; in a round neck collarless above the knee coat; and in baseball jacket with ribbed wrists paired drawstring pants.

Black and white tweeds feature heavily and are shown in a Vee-neck, above the knee, belted dress paired with high neck black blouse. Other black and white looks include an ankle length jumpsuit with wide black belt paired with a wide lapel jacket; and a three-quarter length sleeve, above the knee, knit dress with black knit details in the high collar and banded sleeves.

Animal-print coats and jackets will bring out your glamorous wild side, shown as a belted car coat with black leather trim, in an above the knee coat with extra wide lapels and skinny black belt, as well as shown as a coat with wide black lapels and wide belted sash.
