Dana Fuchs Songs From The Road was produced by Dana Fuchs, Jon Diamond, and Tim Hatfield (audio), Kevin Mackall (DVD), with Executive Producers Thomas Ruf and Kevin Mackall on the Ruf Records label.

Filmed at the Highline Ballroom in New York City on March 14, 2014, Dana Fuchs Songs From The Road CD opens with cuts off her 2011 release, Bliss Avenue including the title track, Bliss Avenue, Handful Too Many, Livin’ On Sunday, How Did Things Get This Way, and So Hard To Move.

Next in the line-up are cuts off Dana’s 2009 release Love To Beg featuring Summersong, Set It On Fire, Sad Salvation, and Tell Me I’m Not Drinking. Dana segues back to the Bliss Avenue release with 4 choice cuts, Rodents in the Attic, Nothin’ On My Mind, Vagabond Wind, Long Long Game, and Keep On Walkin’, then delivers one last cut from the Love To Beg release, the Jerry Butler and Otis Redding song, I’ve Been Loving You Too Long. The release closes with Don’t Let Me Down, with Dana imparting her mark on the iconic Lennon/McCartney song.

While the CD is classic Dana Fuchs that captivates with her impressive vocal range and songwriting prowess with lyrics that will take you on a rollercoaster of emotional highs and lows and will break your heart at times, it is the DVD that captures her incredible energy that she delivers for each performance.
