Bitter cocktails are trending now, and Select Aperitivo, an Aperitif Liqueur from Italy, is perfect for lower alcohol cocktail creations as it is a mere 17% alcohol. Its vibrant red color creates attractive cocktails, and its balanced mélange of flavors of macerated rhubarb roots, juniper berries, and 30 other botanicals, pairs well with a variety of ingredients to create interesting cocktails. Select Aperitivo has been an Italian tradition since the Pilla Brothers created it in Venice in 1920. While you may not be jetting off to Italy this summer, you can take your palate there anytime you desire. Select Aperitivo is imported by Total Beverage Solution. Cheers!
Product Information: Select Aperitivo Liqueur was created by the Pilla Brothers in 1920 in Venice, Italy made from a secret blend of 30 botanicals. Tasting Notes: The color is Italian Titian red. On the nose, there are heady botanical notes with juniper berries awakening the senses. On the palate, there is an intriguing yet delicate balance of flavors of bitter and sweet, floral, and herbal notes. The flavors of the botanicals are big, bold, and balanced and serve as inspiration for a variety of cocktails or to serve over ice as an aperitif.
