What is the NYCE? It is a celebration of food with hands-on, participatory classes taught by some of the most renowned chefs in the industry. The 8th annual NYCE, held on Saturday, April 16, and Sunday, April 17, 2016, YCE provides students with the following: 4 classes, breakfasts, lunches, and a private closing reception each day. You even get to take home what you make in class each day!
