On Friday, February 13, 2026, we had the pleasure of attending the Victoria Amerson show and experiencing her collection at the Edison Ballroom. While it was a bitter wintry night, nothing was keeping us from venturing out and seeing the shows during New York Fashion Week 2026.
Victoria Amerson Collection
Vienna Austria based designer Victoria Amerson showed her passion for the 1950s with her stunning collection of attractive dresses. Using vintage styles, patterns, fabrics, and techniques, her inspired collection was feminine, flirty, and sassy. 1950s styling is all about the necklines and her collection featured boat, square, sweetheart, and halter necklines.
Victoria’s collection featured attractive dresses with nipped in waists, full skirts and pleats, paired with wide belts to accentuate the waistline, and complementary gloves to complete the ensembles and add a touch of dramatic glamour.
We bring you a few of the fabulous looks from the Victoria Amerson collection, as seen during New York Fashion Week 2026.

Victoria rocked the 1950s with a glamorous halter dress with alternating panels of black and white on the bodice, and for the full skirt paired with black and white polka dot elbow length gloves.

Another stunning look was her black dress with pleated skirt with square neckline and Vee-back, with lipstick red piping on the bodice and tied with a flirty red bow on the back, paired with mid-length lipstick red gloves.

Floral prints were also hallmarks of the ultra-feminine 1950s, and her one-shoulder look featured a blue floral print on a white background, with full swing pleated skirt paired with short white gloves, and a jaunty hat.

She also showed a strapless dress with an attractive royal blue band along the top of the full skirted floral print dress paired with royal blue elbow length gloves. She added a fun element to the back of the dress with a draping tie in royal blue that extended below the hemline.

Another strapless look featured a large front bow at the top of the bodice, with a full skirt that had white panels interspersed with the blue and green floral fabric to add a touch of surprise and give the dress movement. She paired this look with a matching floral print wrap.

Pretty in pink was another look presented with a Vee-neck floral dress with full skirt and a large turquoise bow at the waistline on the front of the dress to add a bit of whimsy and paired the dress with a matching pink floral wrap.

Another highlight of the show was a chrysanthemum floral print dress in shades of white, red, green, gold, and blue, which featured a sweetheart neckline and was shown with a matching wrap and elbow length navy gloves.

Also interesting was a blue printed dress with a slight off-the-shoulder Vee-neckline in front and a deep Vee-back, with a drop waist, and a large cranberry bow attached on the front at the hip to add a touch of fun to this pretty dress and was paired with elbow length matching cranberry gloves.
Thank you Victoria Amerson for bringing back 1950s glamour and styling.
