Oysters were in abundance at Docks Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill in New York City, New York during their Fall 2016 Oyster Festival. We deliciously sampled our way through an appetizing presentation of oysters including various types of raw, fried, baked, broiled, fritters, Po Boys, and Creole Oyster Chowder, along with New England Clam Chowder, and colossal shrimp. Absolutely amazing!

We had an excellent dinner at MAMO restaurant, a stylish and attractive restaurant located in the SOHO neighborhood of New York City that features a sophisticated blend of Italian and Provençal cuisine lead by the talented Michelin-starred Executive Chef Massimo Sola. Truffle fans will appreciate their signature dishes, and there is much to appeal to diverse palates. Bravo!

We had an excellent dinner at the Wildcat Tavern in Jackson, New Hampshire where the focus is on New England cuisine in an attractive and comfortable setting, with Chef Bryant Alden as the talent in the kitchen. Chef Bryant Alden, whose ancestry dates to the Mayflower, has a true New Englander’s flair which he extends to the restaurant’s culinary vision and style.

Chef Maria Loi’s restaurant, Loi Estiatorio located at 132 West 58th Street in New York City, focuses on healthy Greek Mediterranean cuisine. Greeks are renowned for their wonderful cuisine and their gracious hospitality, both of which are in abundance at Loi Estiatorio. The food is sumptuous, well-presented, and healthy, the ambience is warm and welcoming, and the service is excellent. We entered as strangers and left as friends.
