Winston restaurant located in Mt. Kisco, New York launched in late September 2014 and is already making its mark on the restaurant scene with Executive Chef Michael Williams as the talent in the kitchen, and General Manager Paul Neagu, as the creative force behind the restaurant’s impressive wine list and specialty cocktails. The ambience is lively, the service is attentive, and the cuisine is well worth the drive to Mt. Kisco, New York.

Stunning and romantic best describe the River Café  located on the Isla Rio Cuale in the center of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. Family owned since 1997 by Evangeline Sánchez and her husband Margarito Larios, their son Steven Larios Reynolds is the manager, and Chef Roberto Chavez Oviedo is the impressive talent in the kitchen.

We had an amazing dinner at the Sky Restaurante at the Grand Miramar Puerto Vallarta located in the mountains in the exclusive neighborhood of Conchas Chinas in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. Dining al fresco with the sky as our ceiling, we were afforded with wide-sweeping views of the Bahia de Banderas (Bay of Banderas), and a spectacular sunset followed by a canopy of stars to complement Executive Chef Vidal Mezela Noh‘s culinary prowess.

After a morning of thrilling water sports adventures at Costa Sur Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, we had a delicious lunch on the hotel’s Sunset Terrace, where we had a pretty view of the ocean to pair with the lovely romance-inspired courses from Chef Alejandro Vega.

We had an excellent dinner at Blanca Blue Restaurant & Lounge located at the Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, in the Zona Sur (South Zone) of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico where we dined outside and had views of the attractive glass sculptures lining the walls and sunset views over the Pacific Ocean to complement Chef Fernando Pulido’s and Sous Chef Refugio Silva’s inspired cuisine.

l’escale Restaurant Bar, located at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor in Greenwich, Connecticut has the feel and the taste of the South of France. Executive Chef Frederic Kieffer, Chef de Cuisine Miguel Mercado, and Chef Patissiere Wendy Laurent are the culinary dream team in this attractive and charming restaurant where the focus is on Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine, and the service and the ambience make for a memorable dining experience.
