Docks Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill in New York City, New York took diners on a "palate-inspired tour" of New Orleans during their 2017 Spring Oyster Festival with their New Orleans’ themed event featuring a plethora of unlimited raw and cooked oysters, Creole Oyster Chowder, and Seafood Gumbo, along with shrimp cocktail, and New England Clam Chowder.

The Leopard at des Artistes located on the west side of Manhattan in New York City New York steps away from Central Park is an elegant, sophisticated bijou of a restaurant where the stunning décor, ambience, and impeccable service duly complement the Southern Italian cuisine of Executive Chef and partner Vito Gnazzo. Together with partners Gianfranco Sorrentino and Paula Bolla-Sorrentino the restaurant is a shining star in a city renowned for its fine dining restaurants. Buon appetito!

Oysters were in abundance at Docks Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill in New York City, New York during their Fall 2016 Oyster Festival. We deliciously sampled our way through an appetizing presentation of oysters including various types of raw, fried, baked, broiled, fritters, Po Boys, and Creole Oyster Chowder, along with New England Clam Chowder, and colossal shrimp. Absolutely amazing!

TBar Steak & Lounge located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City, New York features Executive Chef Ben Zwicker as the talent in the kitchen. Since its opening in 2007, TBar Steak & Lounge has attracted Upper East Side locals with its enticing food, comfortable yet upscale attractive ambience, and excellent service.

Summer dining does not get any fresher than at the restaurant, Fresh Salt at the Saybrook Point Inn & Spa located in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Chef de Cuisine Gese Rodriguez is the talent in the kitchen where he brings creative flair to farm-to-table and boat-to-table presentations to complement the stunning shoreline ambience.

Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse in New York City owned by Celebrity Chef Willie Degel celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2016, and with three locations, Midtown, Westside, and Bayside, finding a great steak in New York is as easy as 1-2-3. In addition to the USDA Dry-Aged Prime Steaks and Meats, Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse has a nice selection of seafood to appeal to both "land and sea" appetites.

We had an excellent dinner at MAMO restaurant, a stylish and attractive restaurant located in the SOHO neighborhood of New York City that features a sophisticated blend of Italian and Provençal cuisine lead by the talented Michelin-starred Executive Chef Massimo Sola. Truffle fans will appreciate their signature dishes, and there is much to appeal to diverse palates. Bravo!

We had an excellent dinner at the Wildcat Tavern in Jackson, New Hampshire where the focus is on New England cuisine in an attractive and comfortable setting, with Chef Bryant Alden as the talent in the kitchen. Chef Bryant Alden, whose ancestry dates to the Mayflower, has a true New Englander’s flair which he extends to the restaurant’s culinary vision and style.

 The Forum at The Greenbrier® – America’s Resort located in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia focuses on Italian cuisine and has its own coal-fired pizza oven which is the heart of the attractive restaurant where outstanding cuisine is matched by outstanding service. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant where "house made" is their byword. Buon appetito!
