Chef/Owner Brian Lewis has a new "baby" – The Cottage – Greenwich located in Greenwich, Connecticut. The Cottage – Greenwich is the fourth restaurant in his portfolio by the two-time James Beard Foundation Semi Finalist. We attended the opening celebration on March 8, 2022, at the attractive restaurant that is destined to become a culinary gem on prestigious Greenwich Avenue, where luxury abounds.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Crystal Tavern located in the Grand Cascades Lodge at the Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, New Jersey, where Executive Chef Aishling Stevens is the talent in the kitchen. On the night we dined at the restaurant the excellent cuisine was complemented by an outstanding performance by the renowned guitarist/composer and Latin Grammy winner Hernan Romero.

The new restaurant TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut is as visually stunning as the food on the menu. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant in late January 2022 where their focus is on Asian-inspired specialties, and Chinese, Japanese, and Thai techniques.
