We had an excellent dinner at The Chandler Steakhouse, an elegant fine dining restaurant at the MGM Springfield located in Springfield, Massachusetts, where the traditional décor and attentive professional service team created the perfect backdrop for the outstanding culinary experience created by Executive Chef Restaurant Kyle Beausoleil. Although the restaurant, which opened in August 2018, is a steakhouse, there are enough seafood items on the menu to appeal to both "surf" and "turf" appetites.
