Tasting Notes: The journey begins with an appreciation of the deep, rich, amber color, and continues with its heady aromatic baking spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla on the nose, and culminates on the palate with vanilla, caramel, golden raisins, tobacco, and clove, and spice notes, and slightly sweet and delectably long finish.

Luxury Experience – Island Hopping takes your palate on an island-hopping trip to the stunning islands of Martinque (Clément Bana Canne French Caribbean Liqueur) and Saint Lucia (Saint Lucia Distillers Chairman’s Reserve Original Rum), then adds orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, Goya Papaya Juice, Goya Passionfruit Juice, and Cane Syrup. Garnished with an edible flower, let your imagination take you on a trip to the Caribbean.

Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir to combine. Fill snifter glass with ice. Pour cocktail over ice and garnish with an edible flower (if desired).

Luxury Experience – Taste of the Holidays
For our cocktail, Luxury Experience – Taste of The Holidays, we combined some of our favorite holiday ingredients – apple cider, pumpkin puree, lemon juice, and sage simple syrup with Saint Lucia’s Distillers Chairman’s Reserve Original Rum and finished it with a maple caramel rim and cinnamon stick garnish. The essence of the holidays in a glass! Delicious!

Method for the Caramel Rim: Cut a small piece of parchment paper large enough to be able to rim the Martini glass with caramel. Add maple syrup to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then whisk in heavy cream. Boil until caramel starts to come away from the sides of the pan. Carefully pour the caramel onto the parchment paper in a circle. Let cool slightly (so you do not crack your glass) then twist the rim of the glass in the caramel and set aside.
Method for the Cocktail: Add all ingredients to a shaker and add 3 ice cubes. Shake until ice has dissolved. Strain into caramel rimmed Martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick to stir cocktail.

Luxury Experience – Holiday Cheer
For our cocktail, Luxury Experience – Holiday Cheer, we combined pure, unsweetened pomegranate juice, Clément Créole Schrubb Orange Liqueur, lime juice, and sage simple syrup. We created cranberry and sage leaf square ice cubes, and served the cocktail in a stemmed wine glass, and garnished it with a few pomegranate seeds.
