Tasting Notes: Delicate
light pink color. Winemaker Alexis Cornu created Château de Berne, Romance Rosé 2020
by blending 40% Grenache Noir, a red wine grape varietal that lends color to
the wine along with spice and berry notes, 30% Cinsault, a red wine varietal
that adds softness and aroma, 15% Syrah, which gives the wine a balanced
acidity, and 15% Merlot to add body and softness. The result is a sophisticated
and elegant rosé worthy of romance, with its lovely floral and fresh fruit and
berry notes on the nose and palate.
Pairing Suggestions: This
rosé
is perfect to drink on its own, serve as an aperitif with appetizers or hors
d'oeuvres, use in cocktails, or to pair with food. The Château

Summer is perfect for lighter
cocktails, and Luxury Experience - The Gilded Rose combines Château
de Berne, Romance Rosé 2020 (12.5% alcohol), with Wild Moon
Rose Liqueur (20% alcohol), and Grand Marnier
for an elegant and delectable cocktail. Spray the inside of a martini glass
with Wilton Gold Mist Food Color Spray, and garnish cocktail with
an edible rose petal and gold "pearl" candy for a romantic presentation.

Method: Lightly spray the
