Spas and vacations are the perfect marriage of pampering and relaxation, and The Spa at Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa, delivers both with its attractive, state-of-the-art facility, with its diverse treatment menu, and elegant and gracious ambience and service. The Spa at Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa puts the “ah” in Spa with its well-appointed treatment rooms and professional and knowledgeable staff that will have you wanting to extend your stay by a few extra days to experience all they have to offer.
We had Spa treatments at The Spa at Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and after being on horseback for two days, we definitely needed a bit of Spa pampering to relieve the kinks and stiffness after riding in the saddle for four hours over the span of two consecutive days.
Reception
We began our Spa experience in the relaxation room lined with comfortable lounges to prepare our minds and bodies before we began our treatments. The Spa has an extensive treatment menu to appeal to any and all of your needs, however for us, massages were exactly what we needed. We opted for a Couples Massage, which was 50 minutes of pure pampering and pleasure.
The Spa has 7 well-appointed treatment rooms, and for our Couple Massages, the treatment room had two massage tables next to one another. While individual massages are wonderful, having massages in the same room as a couple is extra special in that the therapists work in tandem so that each partner experiences the soothing and transformative aspects of the treatment at the same time.
Part of the Spa massage experience is the total relaxation that came from the soothing music in the treatment room, the light fragrance wafting in the air, the use of Natura Bissé products, and the deft use of Swedish massage technique to get our bodies back in tip-top shape.
Relax Room
After our massages, we opted to experience their Sauna and Steam rooms, followed by alternating sessions in the cold plunge spa, then a session in the hot spa, followed by a cold bucket of water, and a cold multi-jet shower. We also experienced the pool with its special hydro-therapy jets located around the perimeter, which featured different water experiences from pulsating cascading waterfalls to softer versions. Of course, we had to experience each of them, then repeated the cold and hot spa treatments again.
Hydrotherapy
After spending time in the water, it was time to soak up the sun on one their round couple’s lounges, which was a perfect ending to our Spa experience.

Treatments include Hammam Full or Basic Experience, Local Signature Treatments: Volcanic Mud Treatment, Water Journey, Skincare Master Class, and Oil Bar by Natura Bissé.
Express Rituals include Intuitive Hands Massage, Intuitive Feet Massage, Craneo Facial Massage, The Express Facial, Relax Express Legs, Essential Eye, and Neck, Shoulders, and Back Massage.
Facials: The Cure, 02 Infusion, Antiox Glow, Refreshing Calm, Essential Lift, Diamond Luminous Experience, and Inhibit Face & Neck Life.
Diamond Well-Living Moments include Body Scrub + Massage, Body Scrub + Hydrating Veil, Body Scrub + Body Mask + Massage, and Hands & Feet Renewal.
Massages: Quirosport Massage (deep tissue manipulation of the soft tissues), Relaxing Massage, Lomi Juma Massage, Foot or Hand Reflex Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage.
Hand & Feet Treatment services include Royal Hands Manicure, Vitamin C-Therapeutic Manicure, Step Out Royally Pedicure, Polish Change, Gel Polish, Gel Polish Removal.
Beauty Salon services include Bridal Style, Make up, False Eyelash Application, Hair Style Short to Medium Length Hair, Hairstyle Medium to Long Hair, Ladies Haircut, Shampoo and Blow Dry, and Men’s Hair Cut.
Waxing services include Eyebrow, Chin, Upper Lip, Arms, Underarms, Bikini, Half Leg, Full Leg, Chest, and Back.
