As a baker, I am always measuring up, so to speak, how bought cakes taste against my own, and I was very impressed with the quality and taste. In addition to their Original Golden with Walnuts Rum Cake, these delicious cakes also come in Chocolate, Coconut, Blue Mountain Coffee, Banana, Key Lime and Pineapple, which may make it difficult to select just one. The cakes come in two sizes, large, which are 33 ounces or medium, which are 16 ounces. They come in vacuum packed, heat sealed bags inside decorative Tortuga boxes. They have a shelf life of 6 months or they can be refrigerated or frozen indefinitely, making them a great item to have ready in your refrigerator or freezer for your guests, that is if you can wait that long.
