The backpack's lilac interior has an ample pocket and lots of roomy space inside, while the drawstring top is easy to use to open and close the backpack. Also a nice surprise was finding the neon lime green rain cover discretely yet conveniently tucked inside the back flap to keep the backpack dry during in-climate weather, and can also be used to protect the bag from fading.  

In addition to being stylish, the Beckmann of Norway Lerke Rucksack Nursery School 12L backpack has a plethora of practical details. With a concern for safety, the backpack has reflectors on all sides and there is also a reflective design on the front pocket. Designed for ease of wear, the backpack has comfortably padded back straps, a cushioned back with breathable mesh covering, a chest strap, and a waist strap to help distribute the weight of the backpack to the hips.
