 Do you love shopping when you are traveling abroad, yet are frustrated when it comes to trying to find your correct size? Luxury Experience Magazine has put together a shopping size conversion guide that will take the confusion out of shopping and help you maximize your time as you "shop until you drop" around the world.
I love shopping for clothing and shoes whenever I travel because it affords me with the opportunity to create a very unique wardrobe, however, I must admit that trying to determine what size I wear in different parts of the world can often be a bit daunting, not to mention time consuming. Did you know that a women's size 34 in France is a size 6 in the United Kingdom, a size 38 in Italy, a size 32 in Germany, a size 8 in Australia, a size 4 in the United States, and a size 7 in Japan? Or that a men's size 40 in the United States is a size 50 in France? Remember that I did tell you that while shopping globally can be very rewarding it could be also be very confusing!
To help you maximize your shopping time for your next trip, and to help minimize your frustration level, you might find this little guide to be of great assistance. Please note that the guide is to be used as a point of reference only, as sizes may vary from designer to designer. Happy shopping!
