Perfectly positioned on Main Street in the heart of Southampton, the attractive 75 Main strives for excellence and succeeds. We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the restaurant and are delighted to share the experience of 75 Main with two of their tasty recipes for Black Bean Corn & Quinoa Burgers and Roasted Honey, Balsamic, Mustard Salmon to tempt your palate into making a trip to Southampton, New York and dining at 75 Main.

The Hamptons are a favorite destination of Luxury Experience whatever the season, and over the years we have always enjoyed dining at 75 Main. Getting a jump start on Spring, we spent a lovely weekend in Southampton and had a perfect Sunday lunch at 75 Main on March 8, 2020.

The upscale restaurant 75 Main features a contemporary and fashionable ambience with attentive professional waitstaff, which attracts both locals and visitors. The diverse Brunch-Lunch menu offered an exciting selection of food that would appeal to guests preferring breakfast items such as Homemade Granola, Omelets, Eggs Benedict, Crab Cake Benedict, Belgium Waffles, Challah French Toast, Smoked Salmon Platter, as well as those preferring heartier, lunch items including their signature 75 Main Prime Burger, Black Bean Corn & Quinoa Burger, Traditional Maine Lobster Roll, sandwiches, salads, pastas, and much more.

Black Bean and Corn Burger - 75 Main Restaurant and Lounge, Southampton, NY

75 Main -Black Bean Corn & Quinoa Burger
Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients

Red Onion, chopped

Kale, chopped

Cilantro

Tomato Paste

Cumin

Chili Powder

Minced Garlic

Flaxseed Meal

Olive Oil

Kosher Salt

Method: Rinse and drain black beans, mash with a fork leaving some whole black beans in a paste-like mixture. Add the egg, quinoa, corn, oats, onion, flour, kale, cilantro, tomato paste, cumin, chili powder and garlic, combine until just mixed, form into patties.

Note: If possible, let set in refrigerator for 20 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; cook the patties in the hot oil until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Mustard Salmon - 75 Main Restaurant and Lounge, Southampton, NY

75 Main – Roasted Honey, Balsamic, Mustard Salmon
Serves 1

Ingredients

Salmon Filet

Glaze Ingredients

Balsamic Vinegar

Tablespoon

Honey

Teaspoons

Mustard

Kosher Salt, Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius).

Method: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Cook honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper on simmer for about 3 minutes until it slightly starts to thicken. Remove from heat.

Place the salmon fillets on the aluminum lined baking sheet. Brush salmon with the balsamic glaze but reserve half for brushing on the end. Bake for about 6-10 minutes until flesh flakes easily with a fork. Brush with remaining glaze, serve with vegetables and toasted couscous or risotto.
